In Utopian, tutorials category is meant for teaching technical subjects of an open source project with detailed explanations. It's different than general tutorial format on the web, there are higher expectations. And I can say that, if the tutorial about an open source project just can't get technical enough, you should know that it won't be rewarded. I don't know about Liscad, so I don't know if there is a technical subject about it, but tutorials should be more than just usage and should worth teaching. When you decide your tutorial subjects, please make sure you cover enough information and explanations to provide a complete comprehension.
