If you check Rules for Utopian;
There is a new rule that says you need to ask proofreader statue from owner of the project to contribute on crowdin.

There are some other minor things that I want to mention:

• Can you be more specific on your intro next time, like you said you are not foreign to medical terms but you did not said why

• I think for HPO project, project owner is so sensitive about translations. If you have a question about how to translate I would recommend you to contact with zafush. He actually corrected few of your strings:
