[Loca] Add Settings and Help/Support Buttons On Dashboard Menu

Loca is a web-based rental property management application designed for rental property and rental real estate owners and managers, to help them manage all the necessary adminstrative facets of their rental property businesses effectively.
Proposal
In order to enhance the current dashboard design and ease of use, enable its users to change certain setting or parameters within the dashboard to their personal preferences... and to easily access the help/support pages or portal, "Settings"and Help/Support buttons or icons should be added to the main dashboard menu.

These buttons should be added to enable the app users make personal changes in the dashboard appearance and functionality, and to also get access to help or support for any questions or problems they may have whenever the need arises.

The suggested features have no value in the app, because the app is clearly straight forward
The Project owner said in the readme file that the application is for his/her and friends personal use.
