School-Management-System, a web based, open source Student Information Management software created for upcoming and time/budget-constrained School Owners, Administrators or Principals to effectively and conveniently monitor critical aspects of their school’s administrative operations as well as gain simplified insights concerning any preferred type of data collected via internet enabled devices such as mobile phones, tablets or computers from anywhere in the world and at anytime
Using the School-Management-System, school administrators for example will be able to know in real time...
- How many students previously attended any particular class on any given day.
- The test and examination results of any particular student in any given year.
- Which teacher, student or non-teaching staff is performing excellently or otherwise.
- What course/ subject topics need to be updated, upgraded or added to the school curriculum.
In addition, the school manager can also conveniently generate accurate, updated reports on the overall academic grades, tuition or other fee payments made by each student and so much more.
As stated earlier, my sincere approach and genuine proposal to the Project Owner to create attractive, compelling copy as well as other necessary content for other pages on the School-Management-System website was approved by the project owner, starting with a compelling Home Page Copy for use on the School-Management-System website home page which has been merged by the project owner.

Components
As can be viewed here, this particular copywriting contribution for the School-Management-System involves creating copy for the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ ) Page. This contribution has been merged into the master repository by the project owner and will be transferred to the Website FAQ page at his own convenience or discretion.
For the FAQ page copy the following essential elements were included:-
A compelling, attractive FAQ Page introduction.
A comprehensive list of key questions and their relevant answers for the benefit and understanding of the site visitors, potential clients and endusers.
A clear, informative message with a strong call-to-action to the reader and potential client to send inquiries concerning any question or issues that they may have, but was not listed or properly addressed to their satisfaction on the FAQ Page.
In addition, some key issues and concerns answered in detail within the FAQ page included questions on accessibility and data security, software installation, data hosting and backup, durability and customization needs etc.
