BUG FOUND ON GOOGLE COURSE BUILDER

Expected behavior

When enrollment button is clicked to submit the enrollment form, this should automatically enrol student to the particular course they intend to enrol for.
Google Course builder is an Open source built by Google. It is written with Python. It is a Learning Management System.

Actual behavior

After filling the enrollment form and the enrollment button is clicked. You are taken to a page with error message.

How to reproduce

Go to https://craft-turf-academy.appspot.com/web_app_dev/register

Fill the enrollment form as seen in the screen shot below.

When you click on Enrol button to submit the form. The error shown on the screen shot below is what you will get.
