Addition of Mentorship fillet for better and error-free utopian.io

The Utopian good news

Utopian being a platform that gives everyone the chance to make a reasonable impact and supportable project report must be embrace by all because you can only soar much higher if you are a team player and that's what this platform is trying to build.

This platform give rise to more contribution on open source project and reward them according to how impactful they are and therefore encourage more deep, innovative and intellectual thinking, and so for this I think the new members on the platform need to be mentor on how such contribution can be easily make so as to save them the vigorous stress of asking about and being feed fake information about the platform from outsiders and this is why I suggest mentorship fillet.

My first contribution report will be on how to alleviate the newbies fear on the platform with the addition of mentorship fillet on the platform whereby you groom the newly invited members on what the platform is all about and what is being expected of them to deliver and contribute.

This will make it very easy to use and a very welcome sight to all the new members that's just coming on board and also minimize the error percentage on the platform that might be as a result of ignorance.
