Not showing anything after long press on Maps

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The application should be able to work optimally. It can display the map and direction of the compass after long press on the maps
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After long press on the maps, it automatically zooms and shows nothing. I can only see location icons only.
If it requires loading, I have tested several times the results are also the same.
HOW TO REPRODUCE
- Download app in playstore
- open the app
- long press on the maps (there he will give you instructions for use)
- after long press on maps, it does not show anything other than the location icon.

As the application directs you to do this I believe this will affect a large number of users and when it occurs there's not much you can do accept from restarting the application as the zoom out controls don't seem to work.
