Add Features "Open files" in tachiyomi

Components

Tachiyomi is a free and open source manga reader for Android.

Features include:

Online reading from sources like Batoto, KissManga, MangaFox, and more
Local reading of downloaded manga
Configurable reader with multiple viewers, reading directions and other settings
MyAnimeList, AniList, and Kitsu support
Categories to organize your library
Light and dark themes
Schedule updating your library for new chapters
Create backups locally or to your cloud service of choice

Proposal

So I want to propose about open file which can open the existing folder in sdcard or internal in android without need to move the file into data folder Tachiyomi

select the stored folder where the comic folder is stored

here I use the zip manga from chapter 1 to 5

Benefits

With "Open File" we can easily find the manga folder that we run out of download without having to move the manga file to tachiyomi folder in android data
