An unofficial, open source client for reddit.

I make a new design for RedReader. The existing Logo is like a plain logo. The new logo is greater quality than the old one.

Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
HARD rules broken:
"A contribution must contain ... benefits of your work to the project owner." - the R is smaller, harder to read and hand-drawn, making it less readable. You say you "It aims to enhance the quality" - but smaller, deformed letter doesnt enhance the quality in any way.
"Logo design contributions must contain the actual logo (logomark/logotype)" - There is a logotype in your presentation, but not in vectors in your source files
