Promoting Steemit to the Arab World - Arabsteem Facebook Ads Updates

Few days back, I provided an update on our work promoting steemit to the Arab world via @arabsteem project.

Facebook Page

So our facebook page is starting to grow slowly, we just got our first 50 likes on the page. Small woohoo! We are now working on posting constantly, we have someone from the Arab community who will start handling pushing updates to the facebook page instead of me almost juggling time to post there lol.

Discord Channel

We also have our discord channel running to help newly joined Arabs learn more about the process, but also to submit posts on which we will be voting depending on the quality of their posts. Our group just crossed the 100 members threshold. Another small woohoo ! :D

We are voting on quality posts using our @arabsteem account and the related curation trail, our vote is still small but at 100% now can drop around 1.5 $ .. Again for ideas on how to help us you can check out our post here
Also on same lines we are still running our daily curation digest, selecting the best Arab created posts. Again a big thank you to @abigail-dantes for her great support on this !

Facebook Ads

Now most importantly, our facebook ad campaign! We started this campaign on Jan 2nd, and till now it's been running for 4 days.

Our target audience is essentially Arab world, particularly the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco and Saudi Arabia
And our focus is on people with interests in blogging, crypto, bitcoin, facebook, and communities

Today we just crossed 10,000 impressions (10,777 as of now) with 109 link clicks leading over to steemit.com, yes .. woohoo:)

Coinciding with our prior work, men are mostly interested in our campaign, with 80% men vs 20% women, almost the same result from our first day

And most of our audience is coming through Algeria still, with over 94.5% engagement coming through it, with small engagement from Morocco, Egypt, and Iraq

Our ad will remain active, and we will keep you posted on further results.
