It is a web platform that represents a potential instrument for the democratic participation. It is a tool capable to render the deliberation on the proposals published online, faster, shared and participated. It combines the best features of a social network with those of a decision-making tool.
I decided contribute with this project to make it public and in that way, more and more people can know about this incredible tool.
