Bug on Omni Notes - Force close when selecting attachment feature in Omni Notes app

Expected behavior
write our notes and documentation in the application of omni notes of course we want to attach files or pictures into our documentation. and we can attach it by selecting attachment feature at the top of this application.
Actual behavior
After I click the attachment feature suddenly the application does not run properly and forced closure. this is of course an unknown obstacle.
How to reproduce
- Open the Omni Notes app.
- Click attachment feature, in the omni notes display screen.
Browser: Omni Notes (5.5.1)
Operating system: Android 4.4
Smartphone : Himax polymer

Hello! @mahlilytb, nice receiving your contributions to open source project through utopian, but i think you need to make some amendment and changes in writing and structuring your contribution, you writing style does not look professional and Formal.
I tried to replicate the behavior on my Android 4.4.2, 5.1 and 6.0 but all seems to work as expected, check and grant all permission needed for the application to work properly
