That can make many spam comments.
Imagine a post with 10,000 Comments!! (deleting comment is not possible after an upvote)
We should change how steemit.com displays comments.
I know, but 10,000 comments are exaggerated. One comment a week means (only) about 50 comments per year. And the service doesn't need to run for a lifetime.
Obviously it would be much better if comments could be deleted or if steemit changed the way how comments are displayed. But for this is not going to happen in the near future, we must think of anything else.
