Did this users pull request on the Github ? İf this users did pull request, can you give me a link. I want to see this users's pull request. So I will do same like them. I don't know create pull request.
They did their posts before that rule was implemented. It's a new rule, actually. About a guide on how to translate inside Github, it depends on how each project handles translations and contributions in general.
Really :D They are still post new translate :) He must decline them post. But you are accept them post. They still claim reward :D You don't want to upvote or give reward new users's post.
