I am ignorant of both ventures, or their combined venture now. I can see how projects that use Steem for funding would have a similar effect as smart tokens, but curious what benefits you foresee for raising money as opposed to the more established ones for those who are raising the money? I am curious what you see personally as the largest draw that will bring in those who want to raise money.
It's an alternative. It doesn't require people to give money from their own pockets. So they don't need to depend on people donating, it's the SP that allocates rewards from those two accounts that have delegations.
