Clicking on that feature should prompt or pop up applications related to sending an email. This will allow users to directly contact the PO via email.

Secondly, on launching the app for the first time it prompts the following

starting with android 6.0, you need to add this application to the energy saving white list, so that it can access the network in the background process may completely freeze due to the new energy saving policy

From the details of the device used for this experiment, its 6.0 which means you need to accept all permissions for the app to work perfectly. Instead you choose to click on Ignore.

By the way, its of good practice for you to always provide us the log of the crash. This will also help the PO greately
