suggestions for floss browser

Browser currently renamed to floss browser in this recent update is cool. Many suggested features have been added to the browser making it more awesome and encouraging for users to utilize. Some features that will further enhance usability of the browser are the text only feature and image quality feature. The text only feature means that webpages will only load texts excluding the images on it, this function helps webpages pages load faster especially in times of poor network service also this feature reduces the data size of the website. Supposing a webpage requires 1mb to view all it's contents including pictures, this function will turn off images in the webpage and the data size of the website will be reduced to maybe 500kb. The image quality function is the ability for the user to select the quality of images he/she wants displayed on a webpage. It could either be high, medium or low quality. A high quality image means more data spent in viewing and images will appear very clearly, a medium quality means data spent is less than high but image won't be as clear as high quality, and low quality will display low quality images meaning less data is spent and image won't be as clear as medium or high quality
Proposal
I'm proposing the text only functionality which on some browsers are enabled with block images toggle. Also I'm proposing tweaking of image quality however a user desires

- the text only function will make browsing faster.
It will reduce the amount of data spent in loading a webpage. Also some users hate distractions in form of images, this function will eradicate that. - the image quality function, users can modify the quality of images they want to view. This can also help reduce data spendings. For example if a user wants to see pictures on the webpage but don't want to spend much data, he can select the low quality image function.
