Suggestion to integrate an interface for easy navigation on the SmartSim component editor

Suggested Component
Currently, the SmartSim simulator do not have a feature of moving around its worksheet of either using the mouse or the keyboard. This puts a lot of constrain while designing circuits to be simulated. Instead of users can freely navigate with ease on the platform, users need to be hassle of repeatedly moving the components to fit not the workplace in the platform. Thus, I suggest adding an interface that will allow user to move using a scroll bar or by use of keyboard arrow keys.

This will be the new component editor for SmartSim. It will have two sets of scroll bars that could be operated using the mouse and interfaces with the arrow keys on the keyboard. The scroll bar, shown above, can be move using the mouse by CLICK + HOLD + MOVE. When movement is done by keyboard arrow keys, scroll bar change color momentarily to pale blue.
