RE: Archivatory.com | An easy way to upload your content to IPFS!
What do you mean? Are you asking if it is possible to use this service without logging or something else? Archivatory is not logging anything outside of having the original file on the server so that it can propogate to the IPFS network.
I understand now, it's even good for pictures, so nice, I just tried to upload a picture and added the ipfs link to the post and it's working, what about a video, it will not work with it maybe like with youtube link.
For some reason Steemit won't let ups embed IPFS content like we can with YouTube. However, if you look at some of my posts you will see "watch on ipfs". That is the link to the video and in is viewed in the browser still.
is it real that all the files will be deleted from ipfs after a few months ?
I have not heard that. Can you share a link?
I can't find the link, but I heard that from a friend and also there a prove, if you take a look at the old videos on dtube, they don't work that fast, but the new ones are all working just fine. Even when I uploaded now in ipfs a little video ''30 mb'' it was uploading so slow. I think they need to improve more this ipfs, something is wrong with it.
It may be a propagation issue. If there is only one node with the data than it will take a long time.
