Another Serial CryptoRecycler: The gripping case of mooe
This case was brought to light while I was actively following the @mooe account I'm going to talk about in this article, the followed user's fraudulent behavior is divided into two phases:
cc0
Phase one: Increase the number of followers through the use of bidbots, triggering the arrival of votes by curators
Phase two: After getting the votes, fill his blog with resteemed post to hide the old post now empty and later republish the same identical articles to get new votes.
Here is an example of the same post shared three times:
Let's now move on the bots abuse, on the same posts shared about 1/2 years ago we also find the constant use of promotions, as well as the usual re-sharing after a long time, hoping perhaps to go unnoticed.

Hello @ilgiaguaro,
Thank you for your contribution to the anti-abuse category.
This type of case happened on some of the Utopian contributions. Releasing the "forever" edit feature has ramifications. I liked how you detailed the abuse trend for this account. Do you know how long you investigated this particular account?
Thanks for sharing the link to http://scribe.steemian.info. Here you can find the revision history for posts/comments.
So... you followed the mooe account because...? What brought you to follow it? i.e. is the account a chronic bidbot user?
We encourage you to run your content through http://hemingwayapp.com.

When you open an account they ask you to accept this rule:
“Our Terms of Service set the rules and guidelines that you must accept and follow in order to use Steemit and our Privacy Policy explains the type of information we collect and what we do with it. Don't worry, we don't sell your data to anyone. We do use it to meet legal requirements and to learn how to make Steemit better.”
Can you specify which term of service of Steemit violated this user? I didn't understand. Thanks for the clarification
Where did you get this rules? Can you quote the link? which reports to Steemit rules?
In my opinion, the definition of Spam found in Steemit's FAQ says other things.
