Please add one more URI to the list: http://localhost:8000/authSteemconnect. Having a separate URI for auth-callback will keep the code clean.

I tried the desktop app for Discord today. Getting it to work could be a blog post on its own, but the summary is that it keeps blocking me saying verification required and the verification sms never arrives.
Please do check out matrix.org. The most updated chat client is riot but you can use any other that supports matrix protocol.
