Change the Get Involved links to remove the spammy link

Overview

When visiting the site for the first time using ublock origin I noticed that the "Join the Community" section at the bottom of the page was empty. After researching into this I noticed that the buttons were blocked because of the link to an ad tracker. This suggestion is to rework the page to work better with the adblocker and display the content.

On the landing page of https://identihub.co , ublock origin blocks the get involved so it looks like this :

Change the twitter and github links to remove the tracking urls and shady ip address
