[Translation to Spanish] Electron (1248 words translated) (part 1)

I translated, near to 100%, Electron files installation.md and quick-start.md to spanish. If you don't know what Electron is, it is an open-source project to build cross platform desktop apps with HTML, CSS and Javascript (yes, you hear it).

The translation was submitted via Crowdin.
