eSteem v1. 6.0 - Currency symbol does not reflect in the Profile activity when changed and the app keeps resetting the currency to dollar after restarting

Expected behavior
I expected the currency symbol to change just as the price is changing and I also expected the app to continue with the last saved currency option when restarting and not the default ($)currency.
Actual behavior
When I change the currency in settings and then go to my profile, the amount changes and not the symbol. And also when I restart the app, it goes back to the default currency and not the last state saved.
How to reproduce
- Download app here or from Play store.
- Launch the app
- From the nav drawer click on "Settings"
- Click on the currency spinner to change currency
- Navigate to profile
- The amount changes to the new currency selected but not the symbol.(The symbol might change at first, but subsequently it does not).
- Also restart the app
- Currency option goes back to dollar and not the last one selected.
- Version: ESteem v1.6.0
- Operating system: Gionee A1 Lite, Android 7.0

The issue you report with the settings being reset was already reported here and here.
The bug with the symbol is completely negligible, and as noted by you, happens only when you change currency twice in a session, and only in your profile, with the currency setting being reset upon exiting the app.
I advice you to check thoroughly the projects repository before you post about bug to Utopian to make sure your issue is not duplicate, also in case of such a small issues, I recommend just posting to the repository (without mentioning of Utopian) with simple explanation to the nature of just the unique issue you encountered and hasn't been reported on before. If and when a PO acknowledges such a small issue, then we might consider it for award. As it stands on it own, this is of no importance.
