Image can not be pasted in comment

Expected behavior

When commenting a post, the screenshot in my clipboard should be pasted in the comment box after hitting Cmd+V. Just as the hint under the comment box - 'Select image or paste it from the clipboard.'

Actual behavior

When I use Cmd+V to paste a screenshot in my clipboard, nothing happened.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any post in Utopian. Yes, we can test it in this post.
2. Use Ctrl+Cmd+Shift+4 to make a screenshot in the clipboard.
3. Use Cmd+v to paste in comment box of the post.

• Browser: Google Chrome - Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Operating system: MacOS High Sierra - 10.13.4
