Introduction

Today as I was going through the net, I found an open source project roundcube.net. Roundcube is a browser modern-based browser,This site can be used to install projects . This site also features more than 80 languages, spell-checking, a drag-and-drop great interface, Other websites can use this platform to build other sites.

Suggestion

Websites like this should have a Faq option in which users especially new users can easily access and read about, instead of emailing administrators and waiting for a certain period of time before they get feedback messages from this admins, This feature will also reduce stress and save time for both parties. Below is the suggested area where I want the Faq option to be placed.

Comparison

This feature is very important in any website and it should be implemented in all site to put new users through, that is the more reason why I am suggesting this feature for roundcube website, below is the screenshot of the esteem application with the Faq option.

Chat option

The chat option is another important feature that should be considered in any website, This feature allows members to get access to admins through a chat portal, by this means they can share their ideas and problems to admins online, this will aid a cordial relationship with both parties and keep the website alive. Below is the suggested Area where I want the feature to be placed.

In conclusion

This is my little contribution for roundcube website I hope it will be considered because both features are very important in any website.
