Hi @nissa-sabyan, thanks for making this contribution. Sadly, I am unable to replicate this error, the movie plays after i renamed it. Also, the rotation did not in anyway deter the quality of the video neither did it stop it from playing.

I suggest you upgrade your OS version to a much newer one. Also, I advise you make contributions that impacts the open source society on a greater scale. Rotation bugs are considered trivial.
