Sadly, the behavior you described here could not be replicated. I believe this feature works for songs and tracks with a specific meta -data. The application crawls the web for information(new releases in this case) related to the grabbed data.

I suggest you run the checks again, this ti,e make sure your tracks are not missing any special tags or meta-data.
