Pasting a picture in the comment box from Utopian platform is not possible

The Bug:
When i was trying to replay to a https://utopian.io moderator comment on my contribution , I wanted to upload a picture (screenshot) in the comment that i copied to my clipboard but i couldn't do that in the comment box of https://utopian.io platform .
So i was obliged to use https://steemit.com to do that.
How?
In this picture i was trying to past a picture in the comment box but this wasn't possible from Utopian.

When you try to past the picture from the clipboard nothing will happen.
in this pictures you can see how i did that from steemit.com without any problem.

as you can see in the pictures this is a bug related to Utopian platform and must be fixed soon.

Steps to reproduce this bug:

1- Start your account in utopian.io website.

2- Copy a picture to your clipboard .

3- Go to one of your contribution comment or some contributions in utopian.io.

4- Now try to past the picture in the comment or the replay you will see that "nothing happens".

5- To confirm that go directly to steemit.com comment and past the picture there. then you will see that this is a bug in utopian.io.

My device information:

browser: Opera Browser

Version: 49.0.2725.64 (PGO)

System: Windows 10 64-bit
