Being a crypto currency trader require alot of skills effoet in order to be well abreast with information and data of any market. Having faced with alot of difficulties to monitor difference in price is where coin guide comes in. Coinguide is a webapp that aims to guide crypto traders on the most popular Cryptocurrencies. It achieves this by fetching records from poloniex using their api, rating these records according to their buy orders. By using coin guide you will be well informed about the current data on how there has been an increase and decrease in price of any cryptocurrency. Inline with the logo task request by @profchydon is what brought about this post. This is what i came up with, after thorough of what the project is all about.
Logo Concept
The overall concept of this logo lies within the name, so as to make it easy for anybody to communicate with without much stress. I made use of alphabet C , a guide symbol that help to show direction and a round coin shape. Which make it distinctive and simple, for anybody to reckoned with.
Different Background
Since the logo is still in beta stage here are different background for both beta and none beta logo view.
Favicon
since a logo designed for a website is expected to fit perfectly for favicon, below is a preview of the favicon i made for coinguide.
Benefits/Improvement
The overall benefits of this logo is to make it simple, minimalist and also make it to communicate the value of the project. It is also memorable and require less time to reckoned with the project. The durability nature of the logo is not limited as it can adapt to changes in the project.
