Steemit allows English tag, But also can add Chinese, Japanese and other tag

Expected behavior

When i add tags in steemit. I try to add Chinese tag or Korean tag

Actual behavior

we can add english tag, and if we enter Chinese or other language, it will tell me ,** its invalid** . but , i can add Chinese or other language.

How to reproduce

If you add two spaces before tag, you can enter Chinese or Japanese tag

    I think this is not a bug, As a bug is unintended function or layout issue or a unexpected crash. this falls under none of that. moreover i think tag functionality differs with every platform.

      The repository is wrong. The steemit frontend is in Steemit/condeser. please update
