What is maps.me?

MAPS.ME (formerly known as MapsWithMe) is a free, open source mobile app for iOS, Android and BlackBerry that provides offline maps of 345 countries and islands based on OpenStreetMap data.

Why maps.me?

When you open the application for the first time, you will see a world map. And when you approach, he will ask you to download an autonomous map of that country (or a city if one is included). After you're done, you have complete maps offline. You can zoom in to get a detailed overview of the street and the sights. You can also find the address and mark it for later use. All this without internet connection. Maps.me use OpenStreetMap.

Audience

The potential reach is 610.000.000 people worldwide and also they are people at the ages between 18-65 all men and women. Otherwise these people who are interesting with tourism, travel, interRail are target community. Also I targeted students because students interest travel and interRail Therefore, my advertisement certainly appeal to this audience.

My potential reach was 610,000,000 people. In addition to this location was worldwide and ages between 18-65 all people in the world. Together with language was english (UK) and english (US). Mapsme is usefull navigation program therefore people who are interesting with tourism, travel and vacation can use and interest this program. That is why I advise this program to all people in the world and I did ad for VLC Mapsme.

Results

I separated a budget of 8 Turkish Liras and spent 8 Turkish liras. People are 5300+ people reached and 207 link clicks. In addition to this I got 292 post clicks and 4 other clicks. Here is my post details :

Ads Manager Results

My ads were very effective as you can see my ads manager diagram. I reached 5,328 people who clicked links 207 times. Also I got 5,492 impressions. In addition to this %76 (158) men of 207 people clicked links and rest of them which is %24 (49) women clicked links.
