eSteem Bug: Unable to Allow Access to Images Folder on my Android Device

I was using the app to post something and to make the post interesting I wanted to add pictures. As I was using my Android device, it prompts every time an app wants to access images folder. I thought, I will need to include pics time and again and checked the "Don't Ask me Again" check box. I wasn't allowed to do allow access after that.

Expected behavior

Able to allow access to the images folder after checking the "Don't ask again"

Actual behavior

The Allow action was disabled every time I selected "Don't ask again" check box. The Deny action was enabled though.

How to reproduce

1. Install eSteemApp
2. Click on the pencil icon on the top right to post a story.
3. On the post story screen, go to the body of the story and try to include a picture.
4. Click on the picture icon which will present couple of options.
5. Select the option "Gallery".
6. Android will throw a prompt to allow access to eSteem App.
7. Check the "Dont ask again" checkbox and try to allow access.
