Details
General feedback app is a generic feedback app, which can take any number of multiple choice questions and those questions can be used to take feedbacks from people in the same app.
It will also allow to export all the feedbacks to an excel sheet.
I have contacted the project owner and they accept the logo and already use it. Here you can find the issue and merge proof.
Here's my logo design for General Feedback.
Benefits / Improvements
General feedback is aim to pick questions and can be used to take feedbacks from people in the same app. Simple idea comes from thumb up and thump down, represent feedback. Together it combined and reflect a speech bubbles. The intersection between pink and purple was represent a generic feedback that this app aim to used. This new logo will make this app look more modern, bright and stand out.

I can see you copied the detail text from project's readme file and you forgot the change benefits part from your previous contribution. 1
For the design, maybe using a little bit different color on feedback part could help to notice it easier.
And if I'm not mistaken, android applications also use a transparent background/white design for their notifications. Which I couldn't see amongst the provided files.
