Thanks for the contribution, @steemsoftware! Welcome to Utopian! First of all I'd like to say I think it's a very cool idea. Helping people by coding something they have a need for is a great thing to do.

Normally in the development category we review contributions where the contributor has implemented one or multiple features in the last 14 days, and describes them in the body of the post (can find more information about our review process here). Since this is an introduction to your project it would've probably been better suited to the blog category, but I'll try to review it for the development category anyway by using this comparison!

Overall everything looks great to me, except that in my opinion there are sometimes too many comments, haha. Stuff like

// Clear text box
this.listTextBox.Clear();

and

// Toggle check state
clickedItem.Checked = true;

is a bit overkill, honestly. But yeah, other than it looks fine, and it's obvious you put a lot of work into it. I would still recommend you read the article I linked above, as I think it will help both of us (me for reviewing, you for submitting) in the long run.

Anyway, like I said I think it's a great idea and I am looking forward to see what you come up with next. Keep up the great work!
