It's very cool to see you contributing to a project like this, however there are some things I must note about Utopian's development category. In this category we like to see e.g. a developer showing a feature they implemented in the last week, with the relevant commits / pull requests linked in the body of the post. I would like to suggest you check out this guide for more information on what we like to see and how we review development contributions.

Since this seems more like an introduction to the project, I would recommend you check out the blog category. Submissions to the blog category are designated to promote open source projects and to inform about their development - so a project introduction would be very much appreciated here.
