Ol File manager unable to create folder in external storage (Memory Card)

The application should be able to create FOLDER in the external storage(Memory Card) of the device

Actual Behaviour
The application unable to to create Folder in the external storage(Memory Card) of the device

How to reproduce
Download the app from playstore
Start the app
Goto external storage (memory card)
Select option icon
Choose create Folder
Name the folder and press OK
Hence the bug
