So to summarise, contributions can enter a voting round w/o moderator's review. Requirements are:

• to have score = 80 (or more) and
• to have total influence = 60 (or more)

Score is obvious, but in order to receive total influence of 60, we need a contribution to be reviewed by:

• one "Guru" account (60), or
• one "Ninja" (45) and one "Expert" (15), or
• twelve "Beginner" (5) accounts.
