I was able to reproduce the bug on my device.
Sadly it seems to be a recurring issue with this application, as seen in past report:

Since this is a regression that was supposedly fixed, your report holds some value.

I do want to point out that your behavior description are lacking. Besides having weird grammar "app must be operate fine without any crash" - Could well have been "App shouldn't crash". The problem is, app shouldn't crash is not the behavior here is it? It's a general wish for the app. What the behaviors here are:
"App should upload images to server and paste link into post"
"App starts indicating it's uploading, and then it crashes to X".
