utopian-io: Weekly overview of the Analysis category - Week 7/8, 2019
This is a weekly overview post of the Analysis category at @utopian-io. The report aims to provide insight into the topics covered, the scores provided, staff picks (if any), and a look at how the current week has fared against recent weeks gone by.
Any other work taking place and my personal thoughts in relation to the category will also be included.

Over the past two weeks, we have had an excellent standard and variation of contributions to the Analysis category at utopian-io and two of the 6 contributions earned a Staff Pick. Average scores above 80 for both weeks is an excellent result and shows a good level of understanding of what is required for the category.
Analyses of utopian-io are always respected, and 'miniature-tiger' has produced a couple of excellent monthly reports in the past couple of weeks, which discuss the voting weight towards each category as well as the timing of the votes.
'jayplayco' and 'dalz' looked at the Steemhunt and Steem-ua applications - the rise in the applications over the past year has provided a broadening range of analysis topics, which is a positive for the category.
'lostmine27's analyses focused a bit closer to home with a look at Steem Backed/based Dollar and the Reputation system on Steem.
The presentation quality, level of detail, and conclusions of all the reports provided the reviewers with interesting and enjoyable tasks in assessing the contributions - long may this continue!
Analysis and visual reporting
The aim of this section is to represent the current weeks activity along with a recent set of data. The current data span covers the previous 22 weeks.
Weekly Average Score and number of Contributions
An average score of 86.75 this week is well over the 22 week average of 72. Four contributions this week is a little over the average of 3.5 submissions over the past 22 weeks.

'paulag' tops contributor table with 17 contributions at an average score of 74 over the past 22 weeks. 'miniature-tiger' has an excellent score of 91 considering this is the average of 9 contributions to utopian-io over the period assessed. 10 contributors have an average contribution score of 70 or above over the past 22 weeks.
Contributions that did not receive a score are not included in the charts above.
Review Totals by Reviewer (Scored/ Not scored)
Two reviewers assessed all 74 contributions that received a score in the past 22 weeks. Six contributions have not been scored during this period.

There is nothing in particular to note this week and I would like to conclude by congratulating the contributors to the category in the past two weeks for their excellent work!

Good job, as always! I am happy with the quality of all contributions received within the weeks. I am more thrilled with the good jobs done by miniature-tiger. Maybe it got my attention because they are details about Utopian voting. But, either way, they are collections of quality work.
