Translation of React Project Part-I with 528 words contribution

In my endeavour for the second time, similarly to the first time, I translated a pretty comprehensible tutorial for React. It is quite educational even I got lots of the class. One may be face difficulties on reading translations contained code's, though it's not always distinct whether or not to translate inside the code, I've translated it. Therefore, don't hesitate to reach me anytime to ask anything about it. You could find chronologically the documents of proof below.
