React Project's Tutorial Translation, EN-TR, Part-V

Hi everyone! This is part five of React project's tutorial file, contains 557 words suggestions.

Unfortunately, the consistency of my translation has interrupted. I started to make fifth part of 'tutorial' section and then found out another user take up where I left off. Despite the fact that I knew It's permissible to contribute anything open-sources, I worried about consistency. So, in order to be sure about the correctness of translations made by others, I did everything I could've done; checked the user's contribution and found huge mistakes and massive hints of machine translation so I voted DOWN and suggested mine's. I'm sure moderators will handle the rest of it.

Apart from it, some translations, unwittingly, edited several times and calculated as contribution, but I discarded them and didn't count as a contribution. ( Can be seen in the last image)
