Intent #19
What do you think to yourself upon waking? For me it's sometimes "why can't I sleep in" or "I don't want to go to work today" or "I'm so tired, getting up is the worst!" Well, when we say those negative things in your head, we're setting a negative intent for our day. Tomorrow I'm going to try saying, "today is going to be awesome and I can't wait to get up!" Let's see how that works.
Oh, and we can create our intent multiple times a day.
