Poloniex is the biggest altcoin exchange. People transfer there coins there to trade into btc. If you ever make a bunch on a post you will need to know this to cash out.
Oh haha... I thought 'Poloniex' was a person lol. Kept wondering why they never post and how they're so rich. Well that's embarrassing.... Lol
