Terrorism is a tactic. How do you fight a war on a tactic? Waging a war on terrorism is as meaningless as fighting a war on carpet bombing , cruise missile strikes, or the famed American air calvary drops. It is fascinating to meet people who identify suicide bombing as terrorism, but fail to recognize that drone strikes into weddings, cruise missile barrage into airports, cluster bombing civilian centers, and rolling your tanks into city centers as acts of terror. Apparently, like drug possession, terrorism applies only to the poor.
