Hello beautiful and wonderful people of this great network. I want to enlighten you all about what happens in my country NIGERIA something we call "NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE CORP" (NYSC) and the exciting times i had. Like the North Korea and Isreal etc that has mandatory Military service at a particular age, ours is immediately after graduationC360_2016-04-09-12-49-34-771.jpgC360_2016-04-09-12-54-32-157.jpg
And its mandatory for employers before they consider you for a job.
This how it is:
NIGERIA is made up of 36 states so graduates are shuffled around the states and posted to schools (i.e teaching) or offices.
First, there is an orientation camp that last for 2 weeks which involves few military drills and skill acquisition also advanced learning20161128_102228.jpg20161128_102852.jpgIMG_20161201_161217.jpg20161201_173351.jpg
I was posted to TARABA STATE which is one of the northern part in NIGERIA where the weather condition is always not fair i.e when its hot its very hot and so for cold. Cause of that most persons caught a flu in camp as well me20161203_162741.jpg it was an experience i will never forget.
After the whole two weeks we were posted to different schools and offices in the state myself i was posted to a secondary school / High school where i thought COMPUTER SCIENCE. I met wonder students although language was a small barrier cus in my country we have different ethnic groups but it was really fun20170115_125346.jpg20170328_155219.jpgIMG_20170329_161955.jpg

During my time there i joined a sports team cause football is live to me as well music20170623_092758.jpg
Every month throught the service year we have a clearance exercise where you submit a letter to you state coordinator from your employer as a proof of you working20171030_114947.jpg
That was my employer "oh! How i miss her"

Fun about clearance was, you'll get to meet friends from different offices / schools you've not seen for a long time20170802_184225.jpg20170601_095023.jpg20170601_094843.jpg
After the whole one year you will reacieve a certificate stating youve completed the NYSC SCHEME only then will employers take you as its a requirement in this part of the world20171102_122546.jpg20171102_122728.jpg

And today ???InShot_20180319_200136535.jpg
