Energy and Health, the two identical and special words in the Orbit
Basically, this topic is illustrating the relationship between Energy and Health. These are two different words but are identical in its concept. Let me clear this line, we can walk talk and work only if we have energy.
And same is for health, if we have a good health, we can talk walk and work. So we can say that these are identical in its terms.

Now let's describe the relationship between these two major concepts related to human as well as all living organisms.
Now from where this energy comes and how it is linked to the health. Energy comes from fruits, foods and other eating ingredients. They provide different vitamins to the living body in different domains.
In the same way, these vitamins and other energy ingredients help the living body to strike against the diseases in their respective domains in the body. When one has enough energy and proper vitamins, in this case no disease can affect the health and we can say that a body with no disease can be termed as healthy body.
It is also worth to mention that physical as well as mental health, both are dependent to Energy.
So as a conclusion, we can say, Energy provides a paved path to a healthy body and thus Energy can be termed as the key to health.
