Upvote issue
Something strange is happening with the upvotes.
Every new upvote I get , the total pay out sum of the post is reducing instead of increasing.
Not sure what is going on. Is this happening just to me or is the common issue. But I notice that kind of upvote behavior from yesterday.
If someone can explain I will appreciate it.

put 5cent amount increased 5c. maybe if you get 0.001 upvotes and price drops 1%. Then the payout goes down.
the total sum of the upvotes with at least 0.01 votingpower is 0.3$ + 16 votes with 0.00 (less than a cent) makes a total of 0.32$ seems all correct.

I did not noticed that happened on this post but on few previous did.
Example; I had 15.00$ after 0.2 upvote, sum reduced to 14.77
Probably due to price volatility- btc made a Big dump and so steem price followed along

I do understand the steem price dump, but do not understand why the reword reduce after upvote. If no vote the reward stays untouched.
