If for some reason your Post meets the conditions and did not receive its vote after 4 Hours. Then contact @minnowhelper Technical Services using Slack to find a solution, whether you receive your vote or we will refund your money.

I’ve put in a post of 6 daya But didnt get A vote. Voting round has passed And I had 23 hours till payout. I followed al your guiselines..

sometimes the public nodes are inactive for small amounts of time. Possibly that was the problem. I just made the refund.
