I get to see no reason why people tend to follow you without even up-voting any post from you. The main goal of steemit is post and be upvoted

Here is something else to think about. If you are following say 600 people, and just half of them has a post show up in your feed, what are you going to do? ... vote for all of them? This is why many people will never succeed on Steemit, because they DO NOT know how Steemit really works.

Do you understand the upvote algorithms? There is good reason why you don't vote for all posts and vote all day long. Personally, I vote only for "worthwhile" content and not "just because!" Check out this explanation in Sttemit Upvoting - 101.
